To identify specific features of the mechanism of institutional changes in the countries of post-socialist transformation and to determine the effect of informal norms upon the pathway of institutional development in Ukraine and Belarus. Methodology. Theoretical and methodological basis of the research is represented by theoretical synthesis of non-institutional and traditional versions of the idea of institutional changes expressing the concepts of spontaneity and premeditation as for selecting the institutions depending upon economic, political, and sociocultural conditions of the national economy development. Quantitative evaluation of the effect of culture upon the pathway of institutional development in Ukraine and Belarus was performed basing upon the Values Survey Module 2008 methodology proposed by G. Hofstede. Comparison of the tendencies and results of liberal transformation in post-socialist countries was based on the logical and historical method. Findings. It has been demonstrated that the pathway of institutional changes in any society is determined by spontaneous processes and means a conscious choice of the development course through the establishment of principally new institutions and/or their borrowing from other more progressive systems. Restricted nature of the dominating ideas concerning the completeness of institutional reforms at certain historical stage by means of establishing stable relations between the borrowed institutions and proper institutional environment has been shown. Analysis of the practice of liberal transformation in Ukraine and Belarus has been used to prove the possibility of achieving a high level of adaptation of a new institution to the available informal norms in the context of general inefficient pathway of the institutional development. Originality. For the first time, qualitative evaluation of the internal constituents by means of value indicators by G. Hofstede has been applied to describe informal norms of the institutional environment in Ukraine and Belarus characterizing the Path Dependence effect. The obtained data have made it possible to define the degree of inconsistency between formal and informal institutions of transformational economy. Effect of blocking in the development of the Ukrainian economy has been identified; the effect is observed in the context of a repeated situation when balanced but inefficient norms are self-supported in the institutional environment of the country decelerating its development. Practical value. Scientific ideas concerning the mechanism of institutional changes, proposed approaches to evaluate informal institutions, and determination of the level of their consistency with formal rules can be the basis for more efficient control of the process of institutional changes. | ||

Botikov // Запорожский медицинский журнал. - 2020. - Т. 22, № 1. - С. 54-59. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/Zmzh_2020_22_1_11 Цель работы - обобщение имеющихся данных литературы и обоснование правильности выбранной тактики лечения в представленной серии клинических наблюдений у пациентов с ранением дуральных венозных синусов (ДВС) при боевых огнестрельных черепно-мозговых ранениях (БОЧМР). Выполнен ретроспективный анализ данных медицинских карт и отдаленных исходов лечения с мая 2014 г. по декабрь 2017 г. В исследование включены военнослужащие с БОЧМР с ранением ДВС с уровнем сознания по шкале ком Глазго (ШКГ) 4 балла и более при поступлении. Всем пациентам выполнена СКТ головного мозга (ГМ) при поступлении в течение 12 часов после операции. При подозрении на тяжелое повреждение ДВС проведена церебральная ангиография (ЦАГ). Учитывали возраст, уровень сознания по ШКГ, значение Injury Severity Score (ISS), локализацию, характер ранения ДВС, локализацию и характер повреждений ГМ, объем оперативных вмешательств, наличие осложнений в послеоперационном периоде. Данные исхода включали оценку по шкале исходов Глазго (ШИГ) через 6 и 12 месяцев. Из 241 мужчин с БОЧМР у 21 (8,7 %) диагностировано ранение ДВС. Среднее значение по ШКГ при поступлении - 10,0 балла. Ранение верхнего сагиттального синуса установлено у 20 больных (95,2 %), прямого синуса - у одного (4,8 %). Ранение одной стенки синуса диагностировано в 15 (68,2 %) случаях, двух стенок ДВС - в 5 (22,7 %), полное повреждение ДВС (трансекция) - в 2 (9,1 %) случаях. В 20 (95,2 %) случаях ранение ДВС сочеталось с повреждением ГМ. ЦАГ выполнена в 5 (23,8 %) случаях. Перевязка ДВС выполнена в 4 (19 %) случаях. Менингит развился в 5 (23,8 %) случаях. Умерли 3 (14,3 %) пациента. Хорошее восстановление (ШИГ 5 баллов) через 12 месяцев - у 8 (38,1 %) пациентов, умеренная инвалидизация (ШИГ 4 балла) через 12 месяцев - у 10 (47,6 %). Факторами, статистически значимыми для хорошего исхода через 6 мес. с момента ранения, были возраст больного (p = 0,04) и оценка по ШКГ при поступлении (p = 0,01). Выводы: хирургическое восстановление ДВС при сочетанном повреждении ГМ необходимо выполнять с осторожностью из-за высокого риска развития геморрагических осложнений при раннем применении антикоагулянтов. Целесообразность хирургического восстановления ДВС в случае пересечения может быть оценена в крупных нейрохирургических центрах, занимающихся такой патологией, при большей выборке. | ||

To develop a pricing model for R'D products of industrial enterprises that would meet the changing conditions of the market environment. Methodology. The research was based on a set of methods, including comparative analysis, which was used to compare existing approaches to pricing for R'D products; Mamdani algorithm of fuzzy set theory to develop a methodology for forming the price of R & D products taking into account their consumer value and market receptivity; matrix method - to determine the level of the average market price for R & D products. Findings. The existing methodological approaches to pricing in the market of R'D products of industrial enterprises are analyzed; their advantages and limitations are highlighted. A methodology for pricing R & D products has been developed which allows us to take into account their consumer value and market receptivity. The matrix method for determining the level of the average market price for R'D product is explained. Based on the authors' approach, comparison of the prices of R & D products with the prices of their market counterparts was conducted. The probability level of the obtained results is estimated using the example of R & D products of LLC "Diada Group". Originality. A model of pricing for R'D products is developed. It is based on the methodology of forming the price of R'D product taking into account its consumer value and market receptivity, the matrix method for forming the average market price of R'D products, and the approach to comparing the obtained showings with the prices of market analogs. In contrast to the well-known ones, such a comprehensive approach allows us to achieve a higher level of price accuracy, since a set of heterogeneous features of factors influencing the price of R'D product is taken into account (by developing a correction factor based on the Mamdani algorithm of fuzzy set theory). The approach to the formation of features of factors influencing the price of R & D product makes it possible to maneuver the composition of R'D product features. Practical value. The authors' pricing model for R'D products was tested at LLC "Diada Group" and demonstrated high possibilities to improve the accuracy of price formation in the reality of changing market. Being a fairly flexible pricing tool, this model can be applied in the practical activities of enterprises in various sectors of the economy. | ||
